This Antique Victorian Era Desk has been fully restored to a beautiful piece. I kept as much of the original wood visible as I could. If this desk looks blue to you, look in your settings and check your light balance, because It is definitely teal.

I created a custom color using Farmhouse Paint and finished with a charcoal colored glaze. The extensive trim is accentuated with FHP Shimmer in Gold. The facings of the drawers are the original wood pattern so I enriched them with Restor-a-Finish. and refinished all the drawers with FHP Pro Stain in Colonial. I sealed and treated the wood with a furniture salve. The elegant drawer pulls are original to the piece and are very heavy, solid brass.

The four side dove-tailed drawers are deep and supply plenty of storage. The center drawer has four sections for office supplies.
This solid wood piece is from the late 19th century. Now she is restored and ready for a new home.

She stands 30" tall x 52 1/12" wide x 19 1/4" deep.
The chair is the one that was originally with this desk. It has gone through and extensive renovation with new padding and upholstery.
